MY SOUNDAs a solo performer, Dani is known for mixing acoustic piano with soulful vocals, for a sound best described as “catching up with a dear old friend over a good, (strong) drink.”
MY STORYDani (they/them) is a singer/songwriter and multi-disciplinary artist based in Los Angeles. A classically trained pianist with a powerful vocal background in solo work, a cappella, and theatre, they made the decision in 2023 to leave their career in cause-based marketing to return to music.
Dani has enjoyed performing in a wide variety of venues, from facilitating high school vocal workshops, serenading strangers at coffee shops, to singing at the Obama White House. Practiced and comfortable as a soloist and blending into a group, Dani’s disciplined style adapts to contour itself to the needs and nuances of any given project.
A proficient self-producer, their home studio is equipped to provide you with the professional vocals you seek, and their experience assures minimal need for vocal editing.
Dani yearns to build more spaces, and become part of existing initiatives, designed by and for communities underrepresented in the arts.
Their open-mindedness, good humor, and empathy for others has allowed them to thrive alongside other artists across many genres, with a particular affinity for (neo) soul, R&B, folk, jazz, and pop.
